Two things bill on top for a marina: card processing at your local rate, and slip management at $10 per slip per month. Larger marinas are quoted per block instead.

Slip management is billed per slip at $10 a slip per month, so it scales with the berths you actually manage; marinas past a certain size are quoted per block instead, and we will tell you which is cheaper.
