What is included
There is no feature tier on RentalTide. The free plan and the paid plans run the same product; a plan buys a ceiling on the per-booking fee, not a longer feature list.

Payments run on Stripe, hosting on AWS, messaging on Twilio and SendGrid. Authentication is first-party. Card data never touches a RentalTide server.

From $2,400 a year, the most any single booking can cost is $25. The rate stays 4.9% either way, so a plan is only worth buying above a certain booking value. The calculator on our pricing page says plainly when it is not.

How we compare
This page describes RentalTide. It does not describe EZRentOut, because we have no EZRentOut figure we could source to something you can open and check.
On 24 August 2026 we opened EZRentOut's public pricing page and it did not render a figure we could quote. So this page states no EZRentOut price, no EZRentOut rate, no setup time and no feature verdict. An earlier version carried a monthly range, a per-transaction percentage and a list of things EZRentOut supposedly could not do. None of it was sourced, and all of it has been removed.
Every figure on this page is RentalTide's own published pricing, quoted from our pricing page: $0 a month, 4.9% per booking, and an optional plan from $2,400 a year that caps the fee at $25 a booking. Card processing is billed separately at your local rate.
