    Open Position

    Junior Developer + Customer Success Manager

    Fully Remote (Canada preferred) Full-Time · Entry-Level Start May 1 or May 30

    The Role

    This is a true hybrid role at a growing startup. You'll work across product, development, and customer success — learning how a SaaS company actually runs.

    Some days you'll be fixing bugs or building small features. Other days you'll be onboarding operators, answering questions, or helping someone go live for their season. You won't be stuck in a silo.

    If you enjoy solving problems and talking to people, this role fits perfectly.

    What you'll do

    Development

    • Work on small features, fixes, and improvements across the platform
    • Learn our stack and how production SaaS systems actually work
    • Help debug issues reported by customers and internal teams

    Customer Success

    • Onboard new operators and help them go live
    • Answer questions via email, chat, and occasional calls
    • Train customers on bookings, POS, pricing, and waivers
    • Be the bridge between customers and product development

    Startup Life

    • Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and engineers
    • Help improve internal workflows and product usability
    • Learn how a real, fast-growing startup operates day to day

    What we're looking for

    • Recent grad or bootcamp grad in CS, Software Engineering, or similar
    • Some coding experience — or a strong ability to learn quickly
    • Clear communicator who enjoys helping people
    • Curious, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
    • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
    • Bonus: interest in boats, travel, or mapping software

    Compensation & Benefits
